Ash Weekly Blog - 14/2/2020

This week we really enjoyed our World War Two dress up day, especially the dance (Lola) and PE on Thursday as we made our own instructions on how to play tag rugby (Grayson).

A magic memory was when we made our poppy artwork and when we performed our tea dance (Flo) and maths because we mastered the short method of communication! (Ben)

We had to be reflective in literacy whilst writing our newspaper reports (Christopher) and resilient during literacy too because our handwriting needed to be neat (Molly).

We needed to show a growth mind-set attitude in literacy because we were reflecting on our spellings (Elliott) and in numeracy when we were learning the short method of multiplication (Summer S).

We are looking forward to returning to school after half term to see my friends again (Chris) and learning all about our new topic – the Rainforest! (Imogen).
