We have had a great week in Beech Base this week! In English, we have been learning all about the poem ‘The Colour Pink’. The children have been learning about suffixes, nouns and adjectives and expanded noun phrases. In Art, we have been learning about shades and tints. Can you remember how to make a colour lighter or darker?

This week, we have introduced out Challenge Ocean! The children have been learning all about how to get off of Stuck Island, through Challenge Ocean and reach Got-It City! Can you remember all of the objects that might help us get to Got-It City?

Don’t forget, home learning is set each Friday through Google Classrooms. You can find your child’s Google Classroom and Sumdog log ins in the front of their reading records.
