Ash Base took an exciting educational trip to Verwood’s very own Solar Farm which was built in 2015.  A big thank you to the Solar Farm as part of their commitment to education, they kindly offered to host a free trip to their premises, the children carried out a biodiversity study of the area and also had an opportunity to carry out experiments with small solar circuits.

Once children returned to school their enjoyment continued, as part of their learning the children then designed their own solar powered toys.
