It contributes to the material, spiritual and emotional well-being of the individual and helps to build a balanced personality and sense of identity.
Creativity is central to Art and Design and involves the exploration, development and expression of ideas to produce work that has originality and value. We believe in providing pupils with opportunities to develop their creativity through investigating, making and imagining art, craft and design.
Art and Design stimulates the imagination and provides individuals with a positive awareness of their surroundings and an opportunity to shape the environment.
