COVID-19
Verwood CE First School and Nursery continues to follow government guidance alongside the Wimborne Academy Trust.
This states that 'Children who are unwell and have a high temperature should stay at home and avoid contact with other people, where they can. They can go back to school when they no longer have a high temperature, and they are well enough to attend.'
The NHS website suggests a reading of 37.8 or greater to be considered a high temperature.
School continues to operate good hygiene procedures for children and staff, enhanced cleaning and good ventilation.
School also expects children to attend and keep up good attendance unless unwell.
Please contact the school office and book an appointment with Adam Parsons to discuss any concerns that you may have.
